Pod Rental Agreement

This Pod Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Jungo Land Sailing LLC ("Company") and the undersigned renter ("Renter") for the use of a ShiftPod shelter at the Jungo Yacht Club playa facility.
1. Rental Terms
The Company agrees to provide access to a ShiftPod shelter for the dates selected during the reservation process, at a rate of $25 per day per guest. The pod is provided as a shelter only; the Renter is responsible for their own bedding, personal items, and supplies.
2. Payment Terms
The total rental fee is based on the number of days and guests selected at booking and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. No reservation is confirmed until payment is received.
3. Renter Responsibilities
- Treat the pod and its contents with care; report any damage immediately
- Keep the pod clean and leave it in the same condition as received
- Do not exceed the pod's stated capacity
- Comply with all club rules, safety guidelines, and quiet hours
- Ensure all guests in the pod have signed liability waivers
- Do not use open flames inside the pod
4. Liability
The Renter assumes full personal responsibility for their safety and the safety of their guests while using the pod and club facilities. The Company is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the reservation start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the rental fee.
6. Club Rules
The Renter agrees to abide by all Jungo Yacht Club rules and regulations. The Company reserves the right to revoke access without refund for violations of club rules or unsafe behavior.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Humboldt County, Nevada.
